Sure, here's a recipe for Restaurant Style Kadai Paneer:

Ingredients:

250 grams of paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
2-3 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
2-3 medium-sized tomatoes, finely chopped
1 capsicum (green bell pepper), cut into cubes
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2-3 green chillies, slit
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnishing)
For the Kadai Masala:

1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 dried red chillies
1 tsp black pepper corns
Instructions:

Dry roast the ingredients for the kadai masala in a pan until fragrant. Let it cool, then grind to a coarse powder.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a kadai (wok) or a pan. Add the chopped onions and sauté till they turn translucent.

Add the ginger and garlic paste and sauté till the raw smell disappears.

Add the chopped tomatoes and green chillies and cook till the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.

Add the kadai masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for a minute.

Add the chopped capsicum and salt to the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until the capsicum is slightly cooked but still retains its crunch.

Add the paneer cubes to the mixture and mix gently. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Crush the kasuri methi between your palms and add to the mixture. Mix well.

Finally, add 2 tbsp of butter to the kadai and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Your restaurant style kadai paneer is ready! Serve hot with naan or rice.
