Masses Fight for Parental Rights Against SB 172

Large numbers of Nevadans testify in opposition against SB 172 in the state legislature. This removes the required parental consent or notification for minors to receive contraceptive hormonal drugs, devices, dangerous HPV vaccines and Pre-Exposure HIV drugs. It also eliminates the prohibition for a Nevada Family Resources Center, some which are in the schools, (see list at end of alert) which received a grant from the Nevada Dept. of Health (Taxpayer money), so that now they can provide treatment for sexually transmitted diseases AND provide contraceptive drugs, devices, vaccines and Pre-Exposure HIV drugs to a minor without parental consent. This is an assault on parental rights.
