OM mantra, follow these steps:
Sit comfortably in a cross-legged position with your back straight and your hands resting on your knees.
Take a deep breath in and exhale completely.
Inhale deeply again, and on the exhale, begin chanting "OM" slowly and steadily.
As you chant, focus on the sound of the syllable and feel its vibration in your body.
Repeat the chant two more times, taking a deep breath in between each repetition.
After the third repetition, sit in silence for a few moments and observe any sensations in your body or mind.
