How to Spoof Your Firmware Version on a PS Vita / PSTV | Bypass System Updates!

Staying on an older firmware is always recommended in the Vita scene. Some plugins or homebrew might have compatibility issues on newer firmwares, and if you're on any firmware higher than 3.65 you won't be able to use Ensō! Thanks to HENkaku's version spoofing, you can easily get online while retaining an older firmware! This quick tutorial demonstrates how you can easily retain all of your Vita's functionality and modifications without needing to update your system firmware. Why compromise when you can have it all?

This tutorial assumes you have a Vita console set up with HENkaku/h-encore/Trinity and have the basic understanding of how to utilize it. Links for additional related tutorials can be found further down in this description!
