Shame without self-judgment

A young man asks how to take responsibility and have the right kind of shame, rather than blaming others. Judgment is what causes you to fall into "alcoholism," etc. Who's the "self" you're blaming? There is no self to blame! Who's the "self" to blame the "self"? See that it's not you. The man also talks about letting go of a girlfriend and "homies" (friends). Nobody has ever been there for you — they can't do anything for you anyway.
