My grandfather pushed me to study Latin and Greek very early. (Many years later, when pledging a fraternity at WVU, fluency in the latter’s alphabet certainly helped.)

From those beginning days, I remember #Plato “In order for man to succeed in life, God provided him with two means, education, and physical activity. Not separately, one for the soul and the other for the body, but for the two together. With these means, man can attain perfection,” and LUKE 2:52, “And #Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.”

Mind/Body, Body/Mind. There is no one without the other when it comes to optimal health. It is the “Yin/Yang” of personal power and places you as the perfect mediator between "As above, so below."
