Royalmount: Canada's New Billion Dollar Urban Oasis

The Royalmount project is a controversial Billion-dollar development on a former industrial site in Montreal, Canada. It is set to include a new mall, entertainment venues, residences, hotels, offices and parks. This is the largest private development in Quebec and the project is on track to begin opening in the spring of 2024. The first phase comes with a $1.5-billion price tag and the entire project is estimated to cost a total of $7 billion. An immersive, world class aquarium will be part of this grand project, and it will be one of the flagship attractions at Royalmount.
