THE ONE WHO CAME BACK AND SAID "THANKS!" 😊

Luke 17:15-18 New King James Version
15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified God, 16 and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks. And he was a Samaritan.
17 So Jesus answered and said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine? 18 Were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?”

I have to say guys, that this story from scripture is one of my favorites, because it uses the most unlikely person in a Samaritan, as an example of true gratitude. This was a person who not only finds physical healing, but spiritual too. This example of gratitude, as well as these questions from this morning's devotional really encouraged me, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions, and I pray that you'll see what it means to cultivate gratitude.

What can you thank God for today?

Right now, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from His Word, in particular through this story of this one leper who came back to thank Jesus for what was done for him, Through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you, will challenge you to cultivate gratitude in your heart to God. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will motivate you to not just be thankful but show gratitude to the Lord for everything He’s done, is doing and will do for you.

How can you cultivate a heart of gratitude?

I challenge you to take some time today, or maybe during this week, to write down all the ways in which God has been there for you, the many blessings He's given you, and just say thank you. I pray that you realize how much you have to be thankful for, that you don't take it for granted, but that you show God your gratitude through everything that you say and do. Just count your many blessings, and see what God's done! 😊
