Ingredients:

350 g ready to eat mussels
300 g crisp stringless beans
2 garlic heads + 1 green garlic sprig
1 onion
Oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
Water
Italian garlic seasoning
Oregano
Crispy chicken Polish seasoning
All purpose seasoning
Paprika

Preparation:

De-string the beans if needed.
In a pot over medium heat, add salt and parboil the sliced beans.
Drain the beans and set aside.
In a frying pan, heat up oil and add the beans, fry for 5 minutes.
Add ½ chopped garlic head.
Add salt, pepper, all purpose seasoning and oregano.
Fry covered for 5 minutes, or until the beans are cooked.
Add a bit of warm water, if needed.
Add the other half of the garlic head after you turned the heat off.
In a frying pan, heat up oil and fry the mussels. Remove the mussels from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the diced onion, half of the 2nd sliced garlic head and fry until golden brown.
Add the mussels back in, add paprika, salt, pepper, Italian garlic seasoning, chicken seasoning, oregano and all purpose seasoning.
Turn the heat off and add the remaining garlic.
Serve with the beans.

Tips:

You can add any spices of your liking. The important thing is to fry the mussels so they are crisp, not mushy!
