BREAKING NEWS: Trump Confuses E. Jean Carroll for Marla Maples in Deposition Video Shown at Trial

Tacopina's representation of Trump in his civil trial meant he was unable to attend a hearing two blocks away in Trump's state criminal case, in which Trump entered a not guilty plea to 34 counts of falsification of business records on April 4.
