The Boise Housing Market is firmly stabilized! Home values have stopped coming down. In some cases, the Median Home Sales price made a BIG jump up. As inventory begins to rise due to a return in normal Real Estate seasonal swings, will inventory significantly gap the supply and demand again, resulting a continuation of the Market Correction we recently saw? What is in store for the Boise Idaho Real Estate Market in the months to come?

As far as Mortgage Interest Rates, due to stagflation, it seems that they have met a new normal. Has mortgage interest rates affected traffic to Boise Real Estate and Treasure Valley Real Estate Market as a whole.
