Removing the Governor on the Predator 212cc Engine for the Mini Chopper

This process is pretty much straight forward. Everyone and their mom has done a governor removal so I won't get into the details about it. The new valve springs will let the engine rev higher but below 10k rpms. I'm using a fly wheel from a Tillotson 212cc. They're rated for 10k rpm and they are significantly cheaper than a billet flywheel. Kinda skeptical about it though, because it looks like it would have the same problem as the stock flywheel.
