Part 1
-Wolverine emerging out of the water scene
-Feminine yoga demonstrators
-Hobbies and the things we enjoy doing (like culture), you can pick the parts you like, and discard what you don’t.
-How/why I maintain above average flexibility (insures I don’t end up like the Rollie pollie who fell and couldnt get up off the ground as their child was rolling into traffic.
-Gatekeeping our hobbies and interests
-Complexity takes the fun out of most things (especially if just beginning)
-Weary of health/fitness “experts”, gurus, an/or pretty much anyone talking the talk instead of walking the walk.
-Humans haven't changed much in 250,000+ years but im supposed to believe that how we eat has? Bullshit.
-If you can walk the walk there shouldn’t be any need for talking (or so I thought)
-LiverKing lying his ass off
-We would much rather see it for ourself in order to ensure the accuracy of whatever (supposed) knowledge is being conveyed.
Part 2
-Forcing myself to do productive things (like having no other option but to sit on the floor)
-Commenter correctly calling me out for something he likely can’t do either
-Multi-tasking is bullshit
-“don’t knock it until you try it” is why I’m always bashing yoga pants
-Detailed and Specific demonstration + explanation on how/why yoga pants are absolute garbage but understandably still commonly worn in direct correlation with America's obesity epidemic (~70% of America being over-weight).
