Sure, here is a recipe for Mutton Bhuna Masala, also known as Bhuna Gosht:

Ingredients:

1 kg mutton, cut into medium-sized pieces
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
3-4 green chilies, chopped
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 cup yogurt
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Heat oil in a pressure cooker or a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.

Add onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for another minute.

Add tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.

Add mutton pieces, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for about 10 minutes.

Add yogurt and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add enough water to cover the mutton and pressure cook for about 20-25 minutes or until the mutton is tender. Alternatively, you can also cook it in a heavy-bottomed pan until the mutton is tender.

Once the mutton is cooked, open the pressure cooker or pan and cook on high heat until the masala thickens and the oil separates from the gravy.

Sprinkle garam masala powder and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
