Illinois state Sen. Andrew Chesney speaks against House Bill 2350 (https://ilga.gov/legislation/billstatus.asp?DocNum=2350&GAID=17&GA=103&DocTypeID=HB&LegID=147422&SessionID=112) which provides all insured to get Pap smear test for all (rather than female) and prostate cancer screening for all (rather than male). The bill passed.
