1. Get enough sleep
One of the most important things you can do to keep your eyes beautiful is to get enough sleep. When you don't get enough rest, your eyes can become puffy and swollen, and dark circles can form under your eyes. Lack of sleep can also lead to dryness and irritation, which can cause redness and inflammation. Aim for seven to eight hours of sleep each night to keep your eyes looking bright and beautiful.
2. Protect your eyes from the sun
