MINISTER SHOT DEAD: Bodyguard shoots Minister Engola dead, turns gun on self

A bodyguard shot and killed the state Minister for Labour Charles Engola in Uganda early on Tuesday in an apparent private dispute, according to the army and local media.
The attacker, who has not been publicly identified, then turned the gun on himself, according to sources.
