St Mary's County Commissioner Raises Property and Excise Tax.

It was a fascinating discussion with three Republicans who needlessly raised taxes after they balanced the budget. This comes only six months after all three ran an election promising to cut taxes. I want to thank Commissioner Eric Covin for his Leadership in this matter.
