In this video, Joe Rogan discusses a Hollywood mountain lion that had been reportedly killing dogs in the neighborhood.

On December 11th, 2022, The mountain lion known as P-22, also called the "Hollywood Cat," was humanely euthanized five days after it was captured in a backyard in a Los Angeles neighborhood. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife found P-22 and sedated it, as the lion appeared to be underweight and injured. P-22 was then taken to the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance for the care of its injuries. A team of wildlife health experts at the Safari Park conducted a thorough diagnostic evaluation of the animal, which included various tests and scans. Unfortunately, the evaluation revealed that P-22 had several severe injuries and chronic health problems, leading to the decision to euthanize the animal.
