How to Pivot Hook on the Heavy Bag

I will show how to do a pivot hook on the heavy bag in boxing. Don't just practice hooks on the heavy bag, try this advanced boxing drill on hitting the bag with Pivot then hook. This will take some practice and training to do as doing pivot and throwing hook at the same time is not super easy to some boxers.
