How to Build a roll off roof Observatory/warm room for Astrophotography Pt 8
In this installment of my observatory build I start to board the framework to make the walls and insulate and waterproof line them with breathable membrane. With help I am able to finally erect the rails for the roll off for the roof and build the framework for the rolling roof with wheels attached.
This was quite a big stage but although a lengthy job went well and the roof rolls very smoothly.
Next job is to board the roof and add firings to give it a slope for drainage.
Then need to make the smaller fixed roof and then start to clad the building in Hardie Plank.
Will update you with more progress soon but we are getting close to having a working observatory. Clear skies.
