Jesus said in Mark 3:25, “If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand”. Jesus’ point was that a house divided against itself cannot stand and an organization divided against itself will ultimately fail. Today I want to show you that a top-performing employee who disunities the rest of the team is not worth keeping on the team. In the end, as a leader, you ought not be afraid to eliminate the source of disunity from your organization. It’s your responsibility as a leader.
