Buying Multifamily + Visiting the Local Retail Stores

It was great touring multifamily properties with the Adams Twins in Tennessee earlier this month. We also made it a point to explore the retail services nearby.

Motivation: It is important to look at our properties through the eyes of our residents. What services do they want to see nearby? Do they want to travel by highway to the grocery store, or would they prefer to buy groceries just a few blocks away? Etcetera...
