Watch AJ eat his BLW Avocado & Pasta Dish recipe ⬇️ AJ is 12 months. When he was 6-9 months we did large whole pieces of pasta.

INGREDIENTS:
-Avocado - 1 medium sized
-Whole wheat pasta - 1 cup (I like ditalini pasta, no need to cut up!!)
- Garlic cloves -2 small ones (little babies ½ or 1)
- Pepper corns - ½ tsp
- Salt - tiny bit
- Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon (Optional as per baby taste buds)
- Olive oil or cooking oil - 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Measure pasta. Keep it ready along with other ingredients. Cook the pasta with salt in a saucepan of water for 10-12 minutes or follow the instructions given in the pack.
2. In the meantime, scoop out the avocado. (Check here on how to scoop out the avocado). Add the scooped avocado, pepper corn, lemon juice and garlic cloves to a blender. Blend it to a smooth paste and set aside.
3. Once the pasta is cooked, remove from the flame and strain the cooked pasta using a strainer.
4. Heat a pan with oil and add cooked pasta. Toss it in oil for a minute.
5. Now add avocado paste. Mix everything well until avocado paste is coated well with the pasta. Switch off the flame once done.

Using our @highchaircatchy bib & food catcher along with the catchy place mat, wet the bottom of suction plate for better suction.
