Awaken Bible Prophecy Update 5-3-23: Behind the Curtain

For about 60 years – since the early 1960s – we’ve seen an increase in the degrading of the culture in Western nations; America in particular. People have consistently been moving away from the God of the Bible to seek out other gods. Sexuality in society has been put front and center. Accompanying these phenomena has been the loosening of our belief in the sanctity of life. The absence of the church in fighting these issues is certainly key to why we’re facing such an onslaught of evil from every direction. But a big question is: Why has the church pulled away from being a light in this increasing darkness in Western societies as a whole and the world at large?

God is sovereign. He is in charge. So, what is going on? It appears as if God’s gone missing while all this madness envelops us. In a sense He has, but only because there’s a larger story behind all this – what I call the Big Narrative. The free will that God granted to all His creation – in the spiritual realm and in the physical that we humans inhabit – plays a major role in what the world looks like today. Actually, it was free will that allowed Eve to willingly partake of the fruit in the Garden. Before that, it was free will that enabled the serpent to determine that it was a brilliant move on his part to take on God and contest with Him for the future of the world. It is also free will that has brought us to the societal conditions all around us, because many beings in the heavenlies are imposing their concept of reality upon every facet of life in this earth, and much of mankind is going for it.

In order to expand on this discussion and provide a little more depth, today we’ll explore more about these gods, the impact on the church and the world, and why all the Biblical prophesies will come together as this narrative plays out to its final conclusion.
