LOW-CARB FROZEN YOGURT RECIPE:
Ingredients:
• ½ cup of Greek Yoghurt, full fat
• 3 tablespoons of Heavy Cream
• 4 teaspoons of Splenda, or your preferred powdered sweetener
• 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix well.
Pour into a zip lock bag, and smooth out until the mixture is spread evenly.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes until the mixture is partially frozen.
Cut the corner off the zip lock bag and squeeze the mixture into 2 dishes. This has only 126 calories per serving with just 2.5 g of carbohydrates!

PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER BITE RECIPE:
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Peanut butter (salted, sugar-free, thick & cream)
• 3/4 cup of unflavored low carb protein powder
• 3/4 cup of Allulose (For sweetness- Can be adjusted if needed.)
• 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions: Combine the peanut butter, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla in a powerful blender or food processor. The mixture should be very dense, but able to be pressed together. If it's too thin, you can add more protein powder and/or sweetener to taste.
