Suspect shot by investigators in Lincoln identified as New York man

A Lincoln Police investigator and Nebraska State Patrol investigator were involved in the shooting of a suspect on Monday afternoon in Lincoln near 27th and O. The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident and says a task force was doing surveillance on a motel room for a separate investigation.
