The Tiger II tank, also known as the King Tiger, was a heavy tank used by Nazi Germany during World War II. It weighed over 68 tons and had a top speed of 23 miles per hour. Its powerful 88mm gun could penetrate almost any Allied tank. However, its high cost and complexity limited its production to just over 400 tanks. Despite its limited use, the Tiger II remains one of the most iconic tanks of the war and is still studied and admired by military enthusiasts today.
