(2/28/23 HCSB MEETING) This video shows HCTA Union troll and teacher Tina V. (we call her Mrs. V) ranting and having a virtual meltdown over how D3 Board Member - Shannon "The Slayer" Rodriguez is trying to restore accountability and transparency.
