How to we clear a lot to prepare for building?

This is the first step of clearing the jungle lots so that we can use the land for building and gardens. We use a small dozer to clear the underbrush. Subsequent to that we cut the small and medium sized trees that need to be cleared and finally decide on which large trees can stay and which ones need to be cut to clear enough room for the buildings and gardens.
