'Justice Phillip McMurdo' When you can’t dazzle them with brilliance baffle them with bullshit!

Entrenched corruption is a severe problem that can devastate a country's economy,
society, and political stability. There are several reasons why entrenched corruption can be so challenging to address.

One reason is that it is often hidden from public view. Corrupt officials may use their power to cover up their wrongdoing, and they may intimidate or silence those who try to expose them. Another reason is that corrupt officials often have powerful allies, such as business leaders, who benefit from the status quo. These allies may use their influence to block efforts to reform the system.

In my case, the motive was not a financial reward but to protect the senior Property Partner of Queensland's largest law firm from penalties imposed by the Integrated Planning Act as detailed in the Property Report by Mr. Bill Purcell for deliberately continuing a development offense.

Supreme Court Justice Phillip McMurdo had a close working relationship with Justice Peter Lyons, and lawyer Jim was acknowledged as an acknowledged associate; they were old friends. They were friends, and cronyism ensured a loss.

Premiere Annastacia Palaszczuk had a clear choice and chose her comrades over the public interest. When the separation of powers is not respected, it can lead to corruption and abuse of power. The only genuinely honorable thing to do now is to resign immediately.

She knew that to reveal the truth would be very explosive! That is why I am sharing this story with you, as it highlights the concept 'The Separation of Powers' is non-existent in Queensland. I suspect throughout Australia or anywhere practicing the Westminster System of Justice.

The separation of powers is a fundamental principle of our democracy. The judiciary must be held accountable if evidence is irrifutable.

The judiciary must be independent to be trusted to uphold the law fairly and impartially however our case cronyism ensured a loss.
Looking after the 'Integrity of the legal fraternity' takes precedence. An average man, the individual is dispensable! The evidence submitted here proves we were denied a fair trial and due process in both the Supreme Court and The Court of Appeal.

Now action must be taken to ensure that the judiciary is protected from political interference, which is a significant threat to the rule of law in Australia.
