Did we find a dinosaur whale bone? What do you think it is?

Okay, what is this? My neighbor found this on a riverbank in South Carolina. I thought it was from a whale but can't be certain. Maybe it's from a dinosaur. But then, would Wales living at the time of dinosaurs also be called dinosaurs?
I'm curious about how old this is. Let me know what you guys think. Is it a dinosaur bone or a whalebone or something else? It's kinda cool.
We have some pretty prehistoric items occasionally found on the beaches and spoil islands in Florida. In fact, they found the remains of some people in a bog in Central Florida near the coast that date back over 7000 years old. I think I got that time range correct.
Everybody in Florida thinks everything started here when they arrived. Or maybe their parents or grandparents. People have been living here for thousands of years.
