Help Someone Along The Way-John 21

Sunday 30 April, 2023 Pastor preached from John 21. We had an attendance of 14. We were holding our Sunday church service at a nearby nursing home per usual. We had a noisy patient in the same room. This patient created such a disturbance during the solo before the message that we cut it out of the upload and replaced it with one of our CD recordings. The activity personnel that usually helps us wasn't on duty yesterday, hence the noisy person wasn't dealt with. We will be holding our Sunday church service at the nursing home until further notice. It is a nursing home within walking distance of our church location--not difficult for our neighbors who walk everywhere. Visitors are welcome to join us and help the patients hold their song books. :) Watch for further service updates on our Facebook page or Telegram channel.

Melody Baptist Church is located on the West Side of Connersville to give the walking poor and ex-cons a church where they will feel welcome, and receive the spiritual discipleship they need to succeed at a second chance in life. Jesus Christ offers everyone a second chance. It is a small church plant operating on a small budget. The church hasn't money to give the poor--only Jesus.
