Welcome to another recording! This audio segment was recorded 6/118/16 in
Portland, OR. In this segment Abraham explains, "doubting slows it down". Abraham jumps in and describes what exactly happens to our manifestations when we doubt ourselves, and our dreams. It creates a vibrational tuck of war. One of the sides is believing that you can do it, that you can create your own reality. And other side of that is doubting yourself your dreams, going back to your past and comparing all of the "so called failures" you have had. what was has no bearing on what can be. But you may ask what do we do Liz if our thoughts are thinking on there own ? Well for starters start mediating daily making a ritual of it, meaning you always do it and do it at a certain. I personally love mediating in the morning I feel I am on good footing when I do it. What else can you do? Go back in your memory bank and remember your triumphs. We have all got something to be proud of. Repeat it to yourself on hourly basis if you can. And when you feel the emotion again of that particular outcome, you know you have it. [ You've moved vibrationally] Remember the name of the game is feeling good! For further details on this recording and so much more, please visit www.abraham-hicks.com.
