Reading Youtube's Community guidelines out loud 4/30/2023

Towards the end i start talking about the guidelines in general. If you would like to skip to the end to get a quicker summary of the guidelines you can do so. I definitely started reading these guidelines with the intention of following the rules but then quickly realized there is no way any human could actually follow them.
