►HOW TO MAKE A SOURDOUGH STARTER

What is an "active" sourdough starter?

About 6 hours after you feed your sourdough starter, it should have just about doubled in size and will be at its peak level of activity. You will see a lot of little bubbles letting you know that it's ready for baking.
