Law enforcement announces $80,000 reward for apprehension of man wanted in Texas shootings

FBI Houston Special Agent in Charge James Smith says there is a total $80,000 reward for the apprehension of the man wanted in the killing of 5 people in Texas:

"We're asking everyone for your help so we can bring this suspect—or this monster I will call him—to justice."
