Growing Ginger inside and transferring peas into IKEA bags

There are two parts to this video. In the first part, I will show how I am growing ginger inside.
I have chosen to try and grow the ginger from store-bought organic ginger.
The method is inspired by a plethora of various youtube videos, and then making do with whatever I have available at home to
carry out the process.
The second part is footage of me transferring my peas seedlings to IKEA bag raised beds,
that I will place on my balcony to grow. I intend to then also grow beetroot on my window sill indoors and later
I will be transferring those beetroots to live side by side with the peas.
