Continuing the previous study, part 2 will focus on the terms "after many days" and "in the last days" (Ezek. 38:8, 16), the historical significance of Gog's attack coming at a time when the Israelites were "living securely" in "unwalled villages" (Ezek. 38:8, 11), the way Zechariah 2:4-5 ties in and helps us pin down the timing of fulfillment, the "evil plans" that come into Gog's mind and the historical event that triggered those plans (Ezek. 38:10), the goal of Gog in his attack on God's People (Ezek. 38:12), the implications of "the north" (Ezek. 38:15, 39:2), and how the phrase "Hamon-Gog" helps us to positively identify who Gog was (Ezek. 38:11).
