The dog only peed this time, but shat and left by owner two previous times. $100 fine for not cleaning up after your animal.....Part 2 to comes soon I am sure. Camera seems hidden enough or she is not educated enough. ...She can't curb her dog properly. I hate to sound like an old man. There is a pond for dogs 6 houses down. It's were my dog goes.
