41-year-old Charlene Gayle Kornegay allegedly told the boy to “take it like a man” while raping him, demanded he “put on a dress, heels, and a bra,” and rubbed lotion on his “pee pee,” a police report in Texas reads.

On another occasion, Kornegay held a knife to the victim’s penis and threatened to “cut it off” if he ever spoke out about the abuse.
