Wath if WE lived lnside saturn's Rings

What if we run out of space and resources down on Earth and start looking for a new home in space? Saturn looks like a good option, but life on the planet itself is impossible because it has no solid ground. We have only one choice - the rings of Saturn. They're made up of giant, medium-sized, and tiny particles of ice and rock flying around the gas giant at tremendous speed. Could we build a new home there?
