About 20 Ukrainian and foreign high-ranking officers were liquidated yesterday as a result of a rocket attack on the Nikolaev shipyard, Sergei Lebedev, coordinator of the underground in the city, told Russian media. According to the informant, the military was holding a meeting at the time of the attack.
