Turkey Rotel

Nikki and I decided that on our Freezer Frenzy Day that we would go ahead and try out a new recipe too! And boy are we glad that we did! It's a keeper! Let us know if you like it too!

Chicken Ro-Tel
2 chickens. 1 can mushrooms
celery. or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 onion. 1 can Ro-Tel tomato
1 (12 or 16 oz.) pkg vermicelli. 1 small jar chopped pimentos
1 (2 lb.) pkg Velveeta cheese. (optional)
1 stick oleo. 2 TBS. Worcestershire sauce
2 large bell peppers, chopped. 2 large onions, chopped
1 can very small peas
Cook 2 chickens ( 3 or more pounds each), seasoned with a little celery, 1/2 onion, and a few whole allspice until very tender in enough water so there is 2 quarts broth left. Strain broth and cook a 12 or 16 ounce package of vermicelli in it. Add 2 pound package Velveeta cheese. Remove from heat and do not boil. Meanwhile saute 1 stick oleo, 2 large onions, and 2 large bell peppers. Add 1 can very small peas, 1 tall can mushrooms ( or soup)
