NYC Xenophobia

It was Xenophobia when southern States were busing migrants to sanctuary cities. Why isn't it Xenophobia when sanctuary cities are now busing migrants to Canada and elsewhere?

The reality is that it has never had anything to do with Racism or Xenophobia. It isn't about labels. It's about MONEY and the huge expense of illegal immigration.
