Russian forces pound Ukrainian cities, killing at least 19

At least 19 people have been killed in Russian missile attacks across Ukraine.
A residential building was partially reduced to rubble in the central city of Uman.
Kyiv was also hit, the first attack against the capital in nearly two months.
