Prophecy Friday Part 1: Genesis 3 “Fall of Mankind (Ancestral Sin) Revelation 12- “A War in Heaven

Good morning. Great is His faithfulness.

Greek word of the day- Κύπρος Kýpros, koo'-pros; of uncertain origin; Cyprus, an island in the Mediterranean:—Cyprus.

Acts 13:4

So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus.

Section 1 of the Study The opening was about "Ancestral Sin"

Reading, study and breakdown of all of Genesis 3- "The Fallof Mankind"

My biggest takeaway was Genesis 3:15: And I will put enmity

Between you and the woman,

And between your seed and her Seed;

He shall bruise your head,

And you shall bruise His heel.”

Some teach that Satan has a son that's false teaching. The woman's seed is first Christ, and secondly is His Church ( Galatians 3:16, 26). The serpent's seed are those who reject Christ and choose to follow the devil- Satan (1 John 3:8-10). Christ has destroyed and conquered both Satan and Death by His Passion on the Cross (bruise your head).

Section 2 - I presented an introduction to the Book of Revelation- Read, and broke down all of Revelation 12.

The woman, Her Child and the Dragon - vv. 1-2

These verse deal with the conflict between the Church and the powers of evil - tune into teaching video for further discussion.

The Child vv. 3-6

Talks about he Christ Child and how Satan took a 1/3, 33% of the angels with him when we was cast out of heaven.

The WAR IN HEAVEN vv. 7-12

War breaks out in Heaven and Satan and his angels are defeated and cast out of heaven unto the earth.

The WAR ON EARTH vv. 13-17

It's clear by scripture that Satan hate's Christ and His mother, and we see in v. 17 - Satan continues to this day turning his intention to the rest of Israel's offspring, that is the Gentile Church, it has inherited from her both the commandments of God and faith in Christ.
