Sing and Learn in Spanish & English with Marnay

Come join Marnay for a half hour of fun and learning! Marnay will sing and dance in both English and Spanish to nursery rhymes. Marnay will mention letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and will talk about emotions, getting ready for bed and getting up for the day! Toddlers can sing, dance, and learn with her.

Tummytimetotz uses traditional nursery rhymes to the tune of original music, sometimes with special twists. For example, in this video, the Itsy Bitsy Spider is set to the tune of jazz! Other songs in this video include Old McDonald, Bingo, If You're Happy and You Know it and the ABCs. This episode aims to entertain and teach toddlers, while also using vocabulary in Spanish for families who strive to raise bilingual children.

This video is not intended to be a substitute for traditional bilingual education. As such, this episode will be helpful to families already engaging in bilingual education and will serve as reinforcement of words already presented. Repetition can be very helpful for language learning! Marnay has a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development and was raised in a bilingual Spanish household. Marnay wishes to help tiny totz who will one day speak both languages with ease and comfort.
