I am doing this video to answer the questions, what to expect and how do they install mobile homes (manufactured home) in Florida. I am in Citrus county, your area may vary in zoning laws. We bought our manufactured home from Family Home Center in Homosassa, our salesman was Mike Love. He was VERY knowledgeable on what it takes and what to expect diring and after purchase. I opted in to pay for someone to handle all the permitting since I have no idea what the county requires. Well worth the few thousand since I may not be down there during some of the process.

Crystal River area is a nice quiet old Florida kind of town so we have been visiting there for the past several years and started looking for property. We finally found something very inexpensive with an old Mobile Home on it, so electric, well and septic included (no $6000 impact fees) and pulled the trigger.
