Radio personality Joey Boots confronts a man fly fishing in Central Park, NYC, only to discover that it's none other than Tucker Carlson, who is more than happy to explain his hobby and show off his hand-tied flies.

Joey Boots was well-known as a member of Howard Stern's "Wack Pack." He passed away in December of 2016.
